# View and save media or files

Follow these steps to view all and save media/files.

Storage Management
Data Usage Options (Wi-Fi & Cellular)


Android
To view attachments for a chat:

Open a chat.
Tap the contact name to view chat settings.
Tap Shared media.
Choose the Media or Documents tab.
Select a file or swipe to navigate to one.
Tap  Save.
Confirm saving outside of CoolApp.

To view attachments for all chats:

In CoolApp, tap your profile  > Data and Storage > Manage storage > Review storage.
Select Media, Files, Audio, or All.
Tap and hold on an attachment.
Optional: Tap to select any other attachments or  Select all.
Tap  Save and select Yes to save outside of CoolApp.


iOS
To view attachments for a chat:

Open a chat.
Tap the contact name to view chat settings.
Select All Media.
Select an image, gif, or video – or swipe to navigate to one.
Choose the share icon .
Select Save Image or Save Video.

or

Open a chat.
Tap and hold on the media message.
Choose the share icon .
Select Save Items.


Desktop
To view attachments for a chat:

Open a chat.
Select chat settings  > View recent media.
Choose the Media or Documents tab.
Select an image or file.
Select  Save.
Confirm the file name and location and save.
